At the end of each semester, I ask the students what they would tell next semester’s students on the first day of class. Here are their responses.

 

Going to lecture helps a lot and it fun too with the sound effects. Study before and after lectures, multiple choice questions help out A LOT during the final. Study a lot even the subjects you might think aren’t important.


Complete and study the lab review questions they have helped me get good scores on the quizzes and exams. Also, attend the lectures to stay caught up.


Make sure to study the review questions they help so much for the final! Make sure you don't fall behind there is a lot of information to cover.


Find a system that works for you so you can effectively study the review questions ASAP.


Study review question for final. Study for weekly quizzes on the weekends, not the day before. He records his lectures online, so if you space out in class, or forget, DEFINTLEY, watch them. Good luck.


Just show up to class. I made the mistake of not showing up many times and would fall behind. Simply just showing up helps a lot.


Always make it to lab and study EVERY DAY, lots of concepts to grasp.


Come too the lab majority of the time you'll need it for the much needed info for the quiz and exit quiz.


Don't skip lectures and try not to be late to lab


Don’t skip ANY lab or it WILL affect your grade. Study labs and quizzes before exam and review as early as you can. Stay on top of it and youll be fine!


Make sure to come on time for the weekly quiz and show up to lectures consistently.


When reviewing the quizzes(weekly, lab quizzes) Be sure to take your time like take the whole class time duration if have to. Go to office hours, he is a student first professor that will guide you to success. Embrace and learn


Always re-watch the lecture especially before exams and the final it helps a lot. Focus on the review questions for the final throughout the semester.


Re-read the lectures over and over and over and over again until you can remember everything. It may sound tiring but if you do this, you will do really good on the midterms. STUDY REVIEW QUESTIONS FOR FINAL!!!


Do highly suggest you to read the lab procedure before entering to lecture lab (so that you know what to expect and prepare yourself for the exit and weekly quiz (and the exams ofc)). Be sure to do the online practice quiz in advance before the Final (foreshadowing btw), and be sure to watch the lecture videos if you didn't understand during lecture and a recap (will be needing that as well). Don't skip lab, especially when there's a weekly quiz.


Take the time to do the review questions through out the semester. You wont regret it!


Do the review questions, don't wait till the last minute. Also make sure to look over the lab manual a day before, it will help with the weekly lab quizzes, which are work 8 points each!!.


Eat breathe study. I am not joking this class is purely memory. Review three times a week and study 2 weeks in advance before midterms. For final review all the past lectures notes and work on final review questions a month in advance.


Don't skip lecture days and study throughout the semester (like right out of class) so the material sticks throughout.


Pleaseee don't skip lecture. Do the review questions after each lecture. Don't skip lab, and try to memorize everything you thing is important. Try using the review questions to study for the exams.
